The 1" plastic Valor diaphragm pumps are available in polypropylene or PVDF. ATEX versions are available for explosion-hazard areas where static electricity can be discharged.

Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are available with various material types of diaphragms, balls, seats and O-ring seals, including; PTFE, XL thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neoprene or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers, which minimizes the risk of leakage.

The air control system of these pumps is equipped with a wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and sliding plate. They slide optimally over each other without air leakage, which guarantees reliable operation, even at low air pressures and in the long term.

The pumps do not require oil lubrication and have no freezing symptoms in the air control system.

These 1" plastic diaphragm pumps are available with different suction and pressure connections. There is a version with fixed manifolds with DN 25 side connections and a version with divided manifolds where the suction and pressure connections are located in the middle of the pump with a direction of 180°. is rotatable.
